A go-to here at Ish Sauze…
· Boil one cup of brown rice or quinoa.
· When the water has absorbed mix in black beans,tofu, tofurkey or any meat desired.
· Put in a bowl when every thing is hot.
· Top with chia seeds and desired veggies!
